Project detail:
The project involves the development of an affordable housing scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), intended to provide quality residential accommodation. The project covers a total plot area of 13,809 sq. m. with a proposed built-up area of 56,221.27 sq. m. It comprises four residential buildings (three LIG and one EWS), providing 805 residential tenements and 16 shops. The commercial component is expected to create employment opportunities in the surrounding area. The project will generate employment during construction and operational phases and includes supporting infrastructure such as sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting, solid waste management and green belt development.
