Project detail:
The project involves the redevelopment of a slum property under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), in accordance with DCR 33(10). It includes residential flats, commercial units, society offices, libraries, welfare and health centres, balwadis, a community hall, hotel rooms, and café/restaurant facilities. The total plot area is 15,986.80 sq. m, with a proposed built-up area of 1,72,102.60 sq. m. The project aims to provide improved living spaces and quality of life, while creating employment opportunities during construction and operation. Approximately 100 workers are expected during the construction phase.
Project Cost: ?72,963.30 lakh (approximately ?729.63 crore)
