Project detail:
The project involves the open-cast, semi-mechanized mining of building limestone over a lease area of 1.03.20 hectares, with total mineable reserves of 1,13,660 MT and proposed annual production of 22,732 MT. The limestone is intended for use in construction and infrastructure development, with the report also identifying nearby soda ash manufacturing plants as users of the sized limestone. The project is expected to generate employment for local and surrounding communities. Mined material will be transported by road.
