Project detail:
The program aims to strengthen public financial management, delivery of selected administrative services, and the state data ecosystem in Assam. It supports next-generation governance reforms through three main areas: strengthening public finance capabilities; improving delivery of services and benefits to citizens and businesses through the Sewa Setu digital platform; and strengthening Assam’s data governance, data management and analytics capabilities. The program is expected to improve budget efficiency and predictability, public investment management, revenue administration, digital access to government services, transparency, accountability and evidence-based policymaking.
Project Cost: US$106.25 million total operation cost. The Government Program Cost is US$200.00 million.
