Project detail: 

Proposed Bauxite, Laterite and Fireclay mining project for construction and infrastructure development. Mining will be carried out by open-cast mechanized mining without drilling and blasting, with rock breakers used for sizing and excavation. The proposed lease area is 8.15 ha, with maximum production capacity of 40,394.44 TPA. The minerals are intended for nearby markets, contractors and infrastructure developers and are used in road construction, cement manufacturing and building products. The project is expected to generate employment and support local infrastructure development.
