Project detail: 

The project is an existing Black Trap mining/quarry project proposed to produce 1,80,006 MTPA through mechanized opencast mining. The lease area is 3.00 ha, with a proposed working area of 1.32.25 ha, and the expected mine life is 6.04 years. Black Trap is used in construction, flooring, wall cladding, monuments, decorative applications and other infrastructure-related activities. The project is expected to support local economic activity through employment and royalty generation.
