Project detail:
The project proposes Ordinary Sand mining over a 2.00-hectare lease area using an opencast semi-mechanized mining method, with a proposed production capacity of 57,600 MTPA. The sand is intended primarily for domestic consumption, including construction, roads and railway-related works. The project is expected to generate employment for 10 workers, mostly from nearby villages, and contribute to regional economic development through employment and mineral royalty.
