Project detail:
The project involves semi-mechanized opencast mining of Bentonite over a 1.30-hectare mining lease with a proposed production capacity of 1,20,017 MTPA. The project aims to meet the growing demand for Bentonite used primarily in the cement industry and other industrial applications. Mining will contribute to the regional economy through royalty generation and provide direct employment to approximately 13 people, along with indirect employment and community development initiatives such as medical camps and local infrastructure support.
