Project detail:
The project involves the development of a Logistics Park comprising warehouses, an administrative block, and a business center within the JNPA SEZ. The objective is to establish a modern logistics and warehousing hub for efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods, thereby strengthening supply chain infrastructure. The project has a total construction area of 3,50,011.41 m² on a plot area of 1,81,625.00 m². The development includes warehouses, internal roads, drainage, utilities, sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting, power infrastructure, and security systems. The project is expected to support regional industrial demand, improve logistics infrastructure, generate employment, and contribute to economic development.
