Project detail:
The project proposes open-cast semi-mechanized mining of masonry stone over a 1.50-hectare government waste land with a production capacity of 167,700 TPA (ROM). The mined masonry stone will be supplied for road construction, railway ballast, building construction, dams, breakwaters, and other infrastructure works. The project aims to utilize indigenous mineral resources, support regional infrastructure development, and generate employment. It is expected to provide 23 direct jobs along with 5–10 indirect employment opportunities in transportation and allied activities.
