Project detail: 

The project involves the expansion of an existing Quartz and Feldspar mining operation and inclusion of Mica mining within Mining Lease No. 739/2012 over an area of 4.0935 hectares. The proposed production capacity will increase from 71,168 TPA to 106,330 TPA (ROM) through a semi-mechanized opencast mining method. The mined minerals will be supplied to ceramic and other manufacturing industries. The project is intended to meet increasing demand for mineral raw materials, support indigenous mineral production, and contribute to regional economic development. The project is expected to generate direct and indirect employment, with a total manpower requirement of 71 persons.
