Project detail:
The project involves the development of a group housing residential complex named “The Galaxy Iconic” at Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The project comprises 132 residential apartments (84 units of 3 BHK and 48 units of 4 BHK) along with supporting amenities including a guest house, swimming pool, clubhouse, multipurpose hall, and home theater. The total plot area is 3,603.71 sq. m with a gross built-up area of 26,387.71 sq. m. The project aims to provide quality urban housing and modern residential infrastructure in the region. During construction, approximately 100 workers are expected to be employed, while operational activities will generate ongoing employment for maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and facility management services.
