As per EIA Notification 14th September 2006 & O.M.No-L-11011/47/2011-IA.II(M) dated 24th June 2013 The proposed Project falls under Schedule 1(a) & Category "B-2". As per MOEF&CC office Memorandum No.L- O.M.No-L11011/47/2011-IA.II (M) dated 24th June 2013 following conditions shall be followed during the mining activity
the Proposed soil mining at Khata no-24,41Khasara No-99,100Village-Para, P.O-Kalsar, P.S-Hasanganj ,Anchal- Hasanganj, District- Purnea (Bihar) has been leased to Mrs. Daisy Kumari.The mine lease area is 5.17 Acres or 2.092 Hectare. The total brick making capacity has been estimate to be about 7615 bricks per day (approx. 2.77 million per annum) on the mine lease area that extends up to 4092.5 m3
The project proponent will incurred a total cost of Rs. 6.0 lakhs
