Project detail:
The project involves expansion under Environment Clearance for a Residential and Commercial development at Plot No. 5, Sector-23, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The purpose is to develop residential and commercial infrastructure in the developing CIDCO area. The project is designed for approximately 1,670 users. Key infrastructure includes Sewage Treatment Plants (1 × 150 KLD and 1 × 85 KLD), Organic Waste Converter (1 × 400 kg/day and 1 × 100 kg/day), Rainwater Harvesting system (108 Cu.m capacity), 2 × 320 kVA DG sets, parking provision for 328 cars, and solar PV panels (5% energy saving). Total solid waste generation is 793 kg/day and sewage generation is 206.74 KLD. The project incorporates environmental management systems, green belt development (104 trees), water recycling (127.67 KLD reused), and sustainable infrastructure provisions.
