Project detail:
Proposed Expansion of Residential and Commercial Project at Survey No. 55A/1A, CTS No.1835, Village Mundhwa, Taluka Haveli, Dist. Pune, Maharashtra by M/s. Shubh Housing. The proposed project is planned, sanctioned and in PMC jurisdiction.
The project has received earlier Environmental Clearance as EC Identification No. - EC23B038MH167790 File No. - SIA/MH/MIS/276387/2022 Date of Issue EC - 21/07/2023.
The earlier Environmental Clearance grant for Total Plot Area is 17118.23 Sq.m, FSI- 73227.17 Sq.mt. Non FSI-42517.84 Sq.mt. and Construction BUA- 115745.01Sq.mt. The construction has been partially completed with reference to the above-mentioned Environment Clearance. Construction of the project was initiated after receipt of the earlier ECs from SEIAA time to time. Copy of Environmental Clearance is attached as Annexure-I. Now, Project proponent has proposing total built-up area is 1,14,628.35 sqm.
