Brief Description of Nature, Size, Location of the Project : M/s. Shraddha Energy & Infra-projects Pvt. Ltd is having a sugar complex project with existing 4500 TCD sugar unit and 12 MW Cogeneration and 120 KLPD Distillery at village Warphal, Prefeasibility Report. Tal Partur, Dist Jalna, Maharashtra. SEIPL has proposed sugar expansion 4500TCD to 10000TCD at existing premises of sugar industry.

The sugar industry is one of the major agro-based industries. India being the largest Sugarcane growing country after Brazil. The industry may surpass shortly even Brazil and may stand as the largest producer of sugar and allied products. The major stakeholder of this sector is the farmer, and it is estimated around 45 millions of people in India are sugarcane growers. Sugarcane availability, agro-climatic conditions and the cost of conversion and overheads etc. are the major deciding factors for fixing the crushing capacity of a sugar plant.
