Brief Information about the Project : The existing Quarry lease area is 0.60 Ha. The Average Production Capacity: 5179 Ton/year of Silica Sand is proposed by Open Cast manual Method. Water requirement for the proposed project for drinking use, dust suppression and other use will be 3.395 KLD, which will be taken from Water Tanker.
Need for the Project and Its Importance to the Country or Region Achieving a huge infrastructure as being envisaged by Government of India particularly in road and housing sector requires basic building materials. • Silica sand improves drainage and stability in artificial turf and construction. • It is ideal for mortars, adhesives and water filtration due to its high purity. • It is used in industrial, sports and landscaping applications.
