Project detail:
The proposal is for obtaining Environmental Clearance (EC) to facilitate the annual production of 50,400 MT of minerals. As a precautionary measure, all mining activities will be halted during the monsoon and rainy seasons. Furthermore, the mined area is expected to undergo natural replenishment with each successive monsoon, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
Mining activities will be limited to the extraction of sand, stone, and bajri from the riverbed, utilizing open-cast manual methods. The materials will be collected in their natural state, without any processing or alteration.
