Brief Description of Nature of Project Re-Appraisal of EC Granted from DEIAA NAGAUR to SEIAA Rajasthan, Existing, “Limestone (Minor Mineral) mining project” for [M.L.No.-25/2006] over an Area of 2.7871 Hectare with Existing Production Capacity75,677 TPA, located at Near Village–Manakpur, Tehsil-Mundwa & District-Nagaur (Rajasthan) by M/s Jannat Minechem. Need for the Project and Its Importance to the Country or Region The said project plays a significant role in the domestic as well as infrastructural market. The lessee will supply Limestone mineral to various small-scale industries which are situated near by area. Lime Stone has a wide range of use in day-to-day life in various industries. Apart from granules of fine size, Limestone is admired for a number of useful properties. For example, its low thermal expansion coefficient makes it a good choice for applications involving exposure to hot temperatures.
