Project detail:
Brief Description of the Nature of Project : This is an existing Mining project. Mining Lease will be granted after the mining plan with closure plan is duly approved by Superintending Mining Engineer and Environmental Clearance is acquired from the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA). Mining operation will be undertaken by semi-mechanized opencast method. It is a site specific in nature because viability of the project depends on the existence and availability of mineral deposit.
Need for the Project & Its Importance to the Country/ Region : The mineral Quartz & Feldspar will be either sold to the customers in the Mining Lease or outside the mining lease as per the customer requirement. The mining activities will increase better employment opportunities. Average income level which is the indicator of socioeconomic status of house hold is expected that it will uplift the economic standard. Thus, to improve quantity of life and prosperity.
