Project detail:
Excavation of Building Limestone mineral in the area 1.00.00Ha. Having F Undulating lat topography having contour of 42 mRL (max.) to 41 mRL (min.) and devoid of vegetation situated near Village – UNA, Taluka – Una, District – Gir Somnath, Gujarat. The lease area working in form of pits and method of mining is semi opencast. Proposed production is 20003 TPA.
The Mining project falls in the area of the district Gir Somnath, Gujarat where agriculture activities lesser then southern part of Gujarat and also industrial growth. The earning sources of the region are not much. The region has scarcity of water. Mineral wealth of the state Gujarat provides the employment opportunity to the people of the state. Mining is one of the major core sector industries which play a crucial role in the process of country economic development.
