Project detail:
The purpose of this document is to address the environmental impacts of the proposed project, proposed the mitigation measures and formulate Environment Management Plan in order to keep a check on the impacts during construction phase and recurring impacts during operational stage of the project. The proposed project attracts EIA notification 2006 and requires to obtain prior environmental clearance. The proposed project falls under category B2 project with type number '8 (a)'- Building and Construction project. The general conditions are applicable to the project as the project site falls within 5km from ESZ Boundary of Thane Creek Flamingo Sanctuary (TCFS) (~ 4.60 km), hence project is considered as category A.
