Vishesh Arrangements Pvt. Ltd is proposing a Development of residential cum commercial building Proposed development of residential cum commercial building at Plot No. 20, 40A, T.P.S-1,Village Akurli, Tal. Panvel, Dist. Raigad. Environmental Management Plan (EMP) deals with the implementation procedure of the guidelines and measures recommended to avoid, minimize and mitigate environmental impacts of the project. The issues likely to develop at various stages of the project e.g. pre-construction, construction and operation could be addressed by preparing a compatible Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and its effective implementation. Also provision of Environment Management Cell to regular monitoring of environmental aspects.
