Re-Appraisal of EC Granted from DEIAA Nagaur to SEIAA Rajasthan, Existing Project for, “Masonry Stone (Minor Mineral) mining project”M.L.No.-06/2012 over an Area of 1.0 Hectare with Existing Production Capacity–57,983 TPA located at Near Village– Duzar, Tehsil- Ladnun, District- Nagaur (Rajasthan) by Shri Mohan Lal S/o Shri Surja Ram. The mineral excavated will be directly transported to seller. This is an independent mining project and there are no interlinked projects involved. As per EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006 its subsequent amendments, the project activity falls under Category ‘B2’.
Need for the Project and Its Importance to the Country or Region The said project plays a significant role in the domestic as well as infrastructural market. The lessee will supply Masonry Stone mineral to various small scale industries which are situated near by area. Masonry
Stone has a wide range of use in day-to-day life in various industries. Apart from granules of fine size, Masonry Stone is admired for a number of useful properties. For example, its low thermal expansion coefficient makes it a good choice for applications involving exposure to hot temperatures.

Location The mining lease area is located at Near Village– Duzar, Tehsil- Ladnun, and District-Nagaur (Rajasthan) .The project area falls in Toposheet No.45/I/6.
