Environmental Clearance for Basalt Stone Mining Project (Area 2.0 Ha. Out of 3.64 Ha) at Village Dhurkheda, Tehsil – Umred.

Type of Project Including Interlinked and Interdependent Projects, If Any The Basalt Stone deposit is well exposed on the surface. In view of this the deposit will be worked by open cast mining method to achieve the required amount of production. As per EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006 and as amended in EIA Notification on dated 15.01.2016, the project activity falls under Category ‘B2’ because mining lease area is 2.0 Ha. There is no interlinked project.

Total Project Cost: 93.25 Lakh
