Project Detail:
Environment Clearance for Proposed Redevelopment on the Plot bearing C.T.S. No. 68(pt), F.P. no. 457(pt), of Village Borivli T.P.S. – III, at New M.H.B. Colony, MHADA Layout, Borivali (West).
The project will be developed on total plot area of 2402.3430 m2. The total built-up area of the project is 37987.18 m2. The aforesaid project falls under 8(a) “Building & Construction Projects”. Hence, PP is applying for the Environmental Clearance for proposed of Project as stipulated in EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006. Total cost of the project is 262 Cr.
