Proposed Lalakheda Stone Quarry, Area for Mining 1.00 ha (under cluster total area 6.65 ha) at khasra no. – 220, 221, village- lalakheda, tehsil- dalouda.
Lalakheda Stone Quarry LOI Order No is situated near Village- Lalakheda, Tehsil- Dalouda, Dist.- Mandsaur, State- Madhya Pradesh over an area of 1.00 Ha (Under Cluster Total area is 6.65 ha) Lessee Mr. Madhusudan Patidar has already received EC letter by DEIAA, EC Identification No.- DEIAA/2016/169, Case No.- 52/2016, Dated- 27/09/2016.
The project proponent is intended to the maximum production 11,640 Cubic Meter Per Annum. The estimated project cost is Rs. 74 Lakhs. The mining plan has been approved by Office of Directorate of Geology and Mining, Regional Office, Indore This is to certify that the following authorized Lalakheda Stone Quarry is situated within 500-meter radius of the proposed Basalt Stone Quarry for further action towards execution of lease to submit prior Environmental Clearance under MoEF&CC Notification, 2006 and amended 15 January, 2016 before sanctioning the mining lease. Under the Environment Protection Act, 1986, the project is categorized in Category-‘B’ (Lease area<250 Ha) of Schedule under item 1(a)(i) in the EIA notification, 2006 and its subsequent amendments; it will be considered at the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) & SEAC for the purpose of obtaining Environment Clearance (EC).
