Project Detail:
Proposed Basalt Stone Quarry by shri. Amit harinarayan sahu area 1.62 ha, gat. No. 229/3 village- umari, tal: hinganghat.
The proposed quarrying activity will be done at Gut No. 229/3 Village: Umari, Taluka: Hinganghat, District: Wardha, Maharashtra the site is easily accessible Local Road. The total area of the project will be 1. 62 Ha, out of which at the end of the mine lease (5th Year), the total excavated area will be 1.62 Ha. The benchmark of the area was taken at elevation of 266 MSL. The overall downward slope of the lease area is from west to east; the lowest contour area is at 263 MSL while the highest level is at 266 MSL. Being a new mine, there is no working pit in lease area. Small quarry approach road is present near to the proposed site which will get developed during the working phase of the mine. The natural drainage pattern shall be maintained. No stream is diverted due to proposed quarrying activity.
