Administrative Approval & Expenditure Sanction for the Additional Cost for (i) Berhampore & (ii) Jangipur I&D and STP Project.

Any cost escalation over and above the sanctioned cost attributable to State Government, including due to delay in land acquisition, change in scope post approval, etc., will be borne by the State Government. 

The SPMG - West Bengal has to ensure that the GST is paid as per actuals. Before making any payment, SPMG has to check the invoices to ensure that the GST amount charged by the vendors or contractors is correct.

Total Project Cost: Cr. 144.52
