Proposed Expansion of Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturing Unit at Plot no. C-22, c-23, c-24, Midc Mahad, Tal Mahad.
M/s. Pradeep Shetye Private Limited is a manufacturing company, the supplier of specialty chemicals for the pharmaceutical and chemical sector in India. PSPL intends to expand its manufacturing capacity by setting up a synthetic organic chemical manufacturing unit specializing in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) at its existing premises.
The proposed plant will have total manufacturing capacity of 678 MT/A (Formulations and intermediates 540 MT/A- Existing and Technical grade 138 MT/A-Proposed). The existing manufacturing facility is situated at Plot no. C22, 23, and 24, MIDC Mahad, Tal. Mahad, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra State. The proposed project involves significant infrastructure development and an investment totalling INR 26 Crores. The expansion will utilize existing infrastructure and integrate new facilities for API production.
The project placed under item no 5 (f) Synthetic organic chemicals industry (dyes & dye intermediates; bulk drugs and intermediates excluding drug formulations; synthetic rubbers; basic organic chemicals, othe synthetic organic chemicals and chemical intermediates), Category B1 as per the EIA Notification 2006 (as amended from time to time) and will be appraised by State Level Expert Environmental Impact Assessmen Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra State.
