Grape Based Manufacturing Process
The proposed distillery will utilize grapes, fruits and mahua flower, as the basic raw material to produce Grape spirit, Fruit Spirit and Mahua spirit, Malt, Grain and Maize etc, using simple fermentation technology, pot and column distillation technology. The distillery has proposed to install 20 KLPD Grape and fruit, and mahua spirit to run for 330 days. Distillery will also use the pomace as organic manure to be used in the farms. The whole integrated approach will result in zero discharge or there will be no process effluent coming out of the distillery.
