Project Detail:
The raw material is fed into the separator to improve the specific gravity from low grade to high grade. The Separator system was inbuilt with dust collecting system and the process of separation will take place in closed circuit with pipe duct system without any scope of emanation. The Separator of electro static diode belt dry process system, free from noise, dust, Chemicals, Water, Toxic Efficient etc. This Separator is purely Dry process system. In the C Grade the silica elements are about 12% to 14% and Alumina as 2% to 3% along wit small percentage of sediments. The Separator separates the Silica, Alumina, sediments and other low-densit minerals from barite powder ground from grinding mills and passing the same through separator.
