Project Detail:

The revision of AA&ES was considered based on the recommendation of actual flow measured in the drain by Third Party Agency.

The pilot/demonstration project of treatment of Tughlakabad drain must not be continued further and closed immediately.

The terms and conditions mentioned in the previous AA&ES sanctioned on 24th September 2020, unless modified by this sanction and the guidelines issued by NMCG from time to time, shall remain unchanged.

The Comptroller & Auditor General of India at his discretion shall have the right of access to the project related books of accounts of the A G Bio Water Remediation LLP for the purpose of Audit.

The books of accounts of the A G Bio Water Remediation LLP relating to this grant, shall be open to audit by the Internal Auditor and External Auditor of National Mission for Clean Ganga.
