The key PDO indicators are as follows:
Resilient, inclusive, and sustainable master plan prepared and approved Integrated plans, institutional arrangements, and capacity for cross sector themes 22 Sustainable mobility based on GRIDS principles:
Green: (i) mode share for public transport, walking, cycling and e-2/3 wheelers; (ii) transport GHG emissionsResilient: (i) percentage of critical mobility network at risk during floods; (ii) time to recovery on critical links
• Inclusive: (i) satisfaction with multimodal integration by gender and level of mobility (including differently abled) in improved areas; (ii) satisfaction with footpaths in improved areas by gender and level of mobility; (iii) effective consultative mechanisms in place for all.
• Efficient for Development: (i) level of private finance mobilized; (ii) accessibility to jobs by sustainable transport; (iii) integrated transport and land use along select corridors;
• Safe: lives saved (360) by gender.
