Project Detail:

M/s Trade Brothers Constrctoins Pvt Ltd, Managing Director Rafik Tarde proposed a Quarry area in the Survey Nos. 206/4,5,6(P) Nandikurali Village, Raibag Taluk & Belagavi District over an extent of 6-12 Acre.

Quarry lease was granted for the period 20 years w.e.f. 01/03  /2024 and it was valid up to 29 /02/2044. However under 8A (4) KMMC(amendment) Rule, 2016 quarry lease is deemed to be valid for a period of 20 years (DMG, Belagavi has issued a notice in this regard). In virtue of Notification grant, the “No Objection Certificate” obtained from the Tahsildar.
