Re-appraisal of Granite Mining Project, M.L No. 270/2007, Area: 3.0 Hect., Near Village- Mangta, Tehsil- Gudamalani, District- Barmer (Raj.) in favour of Shri Abdul Razak S/o Shri Jallaludin Arisar
We understand that our project requires Re-appraisal of Environmental Clearance as per office memorandum has been issued by MoEFCC, Impact Assessment Division, New Delhi vide letter No.: - F. No.IA3- 222/11/2023-IA.III (E-208230) Dated: - 28/04/2023 & order dated 07/12/2022 passed by Hon’ble NGT in O.A. 142 of 2022 in the matter of Jayant Kumar vs. Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change.
The mining lease was Sanction in favor of Shri Abdul Razak S/o Shri Jallaludin Arisar for mineral Granite an area of 3.00 ha., Near Village- Mangta, Tehsil- Gudamalani, District- Barmer(Rajasthan).
Environmental Clearance has been granted by DEIAA, Barmer (Raj.) vide letter No.:-F1/DEIAA/DEACBMR/ Sectt/(18)2016-17 Dated 08/06/2016 for the production capacity: - 24,570 TPA.
Mining Scheme with PMCP has been approved by Additional Director (Mines), Jodhpur, vide letter No.: - ADM/Jodhpur-Zone/Mine-Scheme/Barmer/M.L No.270/2007/3654 on dated 06/10/2022.
