Project Detail:
M/s Crossing Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has developed a residential township “Crossing Republik” located at Khasra Nos. 99-102, 124-131, 136,143, 146,148-149, 282, 292, 293, 296, 298-304, 307-338, 341-347, 349, 359, 436, 437, 538-591, 593, 595-672, 674-780, 782-800, 804, 806-834, 844, 852-901, 908-932, 940-944, 947-948, 960-971, 973, 975, 1001-1036, 1056, 1057, 1060-1064, 1196, 1202-1204, 1225-1227, 1242, 1245, 1247-1249. Village Dunadhera, NH 24 bypass, Ghaziabad, U.P. Approval for the development of township was obtained from Ghaziabad Development Authority. Also, environmental clearance and consent to establish was obtained for the project. Environmental clearance for the project was first obtained on 26th December 2007, which was further extended on 12th October 2013 till 11th October 2020 and 12th June 2021 till 11th October 2023. Letter for environmental clearance and extension letters are attached as Annexure I, II & III. Consent to operate obtained for the project is valid till 31/12/2023 and is attached as Annexure IV. Project involves development of residential township comprising of residential, commercial, educational, social and community facilities along with the associated facilities like greens and roads.
