Project Detail:
Environmental Impact Assessment systematically examines both beneficial and adverse consequences of the project and ensures that these impacts are taken into account during the project design. It is a decision making tool, which guides the decision makers in taking appropriate decisions for the mining projects. It aims predicting environmental impacts at an early stage of project planning and design, find ways and means to reduce adverse impacts, shape projects to suit the local environment and present the predictions and options to decision makers.
