M/s Bindal Group of Companies is a well-established and professionally managed group for last more than 32 years. The group is managing and running successfully a number of Paper Mills equipped with modern technology in Muzaffarnagar. Group has its exposure almost all types of papers including writing printing paper, kraft paper, duplex board, tissue paper and copier paper of various shapes and sizes. The group is serving the country by giving the best quality products and increasing the opportunities of employment. Every M/s Bindals Papers Mills Limited (BPML) is the flagship company of the Bindal Group of Industries having sales turnover of approx. Rs. 1500 crores in the F.Y. 2020-21. BPML is engaged in the manufacturing of writing printing paper with installed capacity of 115500 TPA at 8th K.M., Bhopa Road, Muzaffarnagar. The project has been successfully completed and commenced commercial production from May, 2009.
Now M/s Bindals Papers Mills Limited is proposing establishment of Integrated project for Sugar cane crushing capacity of 10000 TCD, Co gen power 12 MW, Molasses based Distillery capacity of 150 KLD along with Cogeneration power plant – 3.5 MW at Khasra No – 143mi, 212, 211mi, 213, 198/1, 198/2, 198/3, 233mi, 172, 173, 176mi, 177, 205mi, 207, 208mi, 210, 229mi, 238mi, 200mi, 206, 232, 181mi, 202, 175mi, 226mi, 230, 182, 196mi, 214mi, 225mi, 209, village- Changipur, Tehsil- Chandpur, District- Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. The total capital investment for the project would be of Rs 56950 Lakhs. Capital Cost of Environmental Protection Measure will be Rs 11390 Lakhs and recurring cost effluent treatment plant is Rs 1039 Lakh / Annum. The project would be formulated in such a fashion and manner so that the utmost care of Safety Norms & Environment Protection shall be taken care of.
Proposed project is an establishment of integrated project for Sugar cane crushing capacity - 10000 TCD, Co gen power plant - 12 MW and Molasses based distillery of capacity – 150 KLD along with Co gen power 3.5 MW at village- Changipur, Tehsil- Chandpur, District- Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. The project site lies in village: Changipur, Tehsil: Chandpur the land is already under the possession of Company.
Considering the present encouraging prices announced by Govt. of India for Ethanol produced from molasses / Sugar syrup, M/s Bindals Papers Mills Limited would like to implement a Molasses to Ethanol / RS / ENA distillery project of capacity 150 KLD along with 3.5 MW Co gen power by completely utilizing the cane crushing and all type of molasses
for Ethanol production. During season, operation of B Heavy Molasses / sugar syrup as feedstock will be available for six months therefore during non-availability of B heavy Molasses / sugar syrup, C heavy Molasses will be utilized as feedstock. The proposed distillery will be produce Absolute alcohol / ENA / RS.
