Project Detail:
M/s. Indian Phosphates Limited has proposed to set up a fertilizer and allied products manufacturing plant having total fertilizer manufacturing capacity of 1,32,000 MT/A SSP, 1,32,000 MT/A GSSP (Boronated /Zincated/ Boronated +Zincated), 1,32,000 MT/A PSSP (Boronated /Zincated/ Boronated +Zincated), 66,000 MT/A Sulphuric acid, 33000 MT/A Organic Fertilizer, 6600 MT/A DCP, 66000 MT/A Labsa & 6600 MT/A Magnesium Sulphate. These products have high demand in local and global fertilizer and chemical market.
The industry has acquired land with total plot area is 1,00,000.00 sq.m. from MIDC. Land allotment letter is attached as Annexure I. The industry has proposed total built-up area of 50,760.00 sq.m.
The proposed project will be based on Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) scheme. The total trade effluent generated during operation phase will be 66.6 KLD which will be treated in ETP of capacity 100 KLD treated water will be reused in process. Industry has planned to construct STP of capacity 25 KLD to treat the generated Domestic Sewage of 4 KLD during construction phase whereas 10 KLD during operation phase. Solid waste will be categorized as hazardous & non-hazardous on the basis of its characteristics. Hazardous waste will be sent to CHWTSDF and non-hazardous to authorized vendor for its disposal.
Proposed project will generate 100-150 nos. of employment opportunities to local youth in construction phase and around 360 nos. in operational phase. The total cost of the proposed project would be Rs. 99.24 Cr. Which includes land, building, plant and machinery and electrical cost.
