Mr. Somprakash Sethi is a private individual who obtained the mining lease for an area of 3,342.10 ha. situated in revenue villages of Tehsil - Piplu, District - Tonk, Rajasthan through auction by Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Rajasthan for five years only. The auction cost is considered as project cost; however, the same amount of cost will be incurred in the project activities.
