Project Detail:
The MoEF&CC has examined the proposal in accordance with the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Notification, 2006 & further amendments thereto and after accepting the recommendations of the Expert Appraisal Committee (Industry-1 Sector) hereby decided to grant Environment Clearance for instant proposal of M/s Jaykaycem (Central) Limited under the provisions of EIA Notification, 2006 subject to the following specific conditions and general conditions.
The project proponent shall comply with all the environmental protection measures and safeguards proposed in the documents submitted to the Ministry. All the recommendations made in the EIA/EMP in respect of environmental management, and risk mitigation measures relating to the project shall be implemented.
Total Project Cost: Cr. 380.23
