Project Detail:
Standard ToR and Public Hearing is not applicable as the project falls under category B2 as per OM dated 16th June, 2021. It was informed that there is no litigation is pending against the project.
Total land area required is 5.95 hectares. Greenbelt will be developed in total area of 1.96 hectares i.e., 33% of total project area. The estimated project cost is INR Rs. 235.64 Crores. Capital cost of EMP would be INR Rs. 35.5 Crores and recurring cost for EMP would be INR Rs. 4.45 Crores per annum (Details are at Annexure –I). Industry proposes to allocate Rs. 2.5 Crores towards Extended EMP (Corporate Environment Responsibility). Total Employment will be 100 persons as direct & indirect.
The estimated project cost is INR Rs. 235.64 Crores.
