Project detail:
M/s Prime Property Developers proposes to developed a residential building construction project at Kuravankonam in Block no. 31, Re survey nos. 13, 14/part, 22, 23, 24, 74, 75, 80, 91 & 92 of Kowdiar Village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk & District, Kerala.
The proposed project is in a plot area of 1.0214 ha. (10,214 sq.m.). The total built-up area for the project will be of 58,556 sqm. With 232 dwelling units.
The population expected during construction phase of the project is about 150 persons per day which includes the skilled, semi skilled & unskilled workers. Also, this includes engineers, supervisors, technicians & other managerial staff.
The population calculation for the proposed project during the operation phase of the project is made based on the specifications provided in National Building Code (NBC). The maximum expected population in a day during operation phase of the project is worked out. The specifications as per NBC and the expected population for the proposed buildings.
