Shreekatyani Metal Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 09 July 2021. It is classified asNon-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Jammu. Its authorized sharecapital is Rs. 1,000,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs. 100,000. It is involved in Manufacture ofbasic precious and non-ferrous metals.
Directors including managing director are associated with the organization. Mr. Nitin Gupta,Mrs. Nidhi Gupta and Mr. Nishit Khandelwal are presently associated as directors.Company is proposing new establishment of Distillery of capacity 250 KLD for production ofEthanol using Grain along with Co gen Power 5.0 MW under recent notification of MoEFCCfor the purpose of Ethanol Blending Programme with Petrol, a special dispensation wasprovided for grain based distillery units which is based on Zero Liquid Discharge unit, intendedfor production of Ethanol vide notification number S.O. 2339(E) dated the 16th June, 2021.According to this notification, “Grain based distilleries producing ethanol and based on Zero
Liquid discharge, solely to be used for Ethanol Blended Petrol Programme of the Government of India shall be appraised as B2 category project and in terms of para 4(iiia) of this notification”. As per notification (iii a) Such Category ‘B’ projects, as notified by the Central Government on account of exigencies such as pandemics, natural disasters, or to promote environmentally friendly activities under National Programmes or Schemes or Missions, shall be considered at the Central level as Category ‘B’ projects.
In view of the Government’s commitment to achieve 20 % blending of ethanol in petrolby the year 2025, it has been decided to continue further with this dispensation”. In line withthe ambitious programme of honourable prime minister like “MAKE IN INDIA” and tobecome self-dependent on fuel within the country the company has planned for establishmentof grain based distillery of capacity 250 KLD along with Co gen Power 5.0 MW.
