Project detail:

Environmental Clearance (EC) was issued to the building construction project of M/s Lulu Hospitality Limited for the construction of MLCP Building project within the existing Hotel at Survey Nos. 84/5, 84/10, Thycaud Village, Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation, Taluk & District, Kerala with a built-up area of 29,711.63 sq.m. (Existing hotel 19,665.37 sq.m. + Proposed MLCP building 10,046.26 sq.m.) by SEIAA, Kerala on 07-06-2021. The copy of the Environmental Clearance is attached with this application.

The management now decided to construct additional Dining Hall within the existing hotel building block with additional built-up area of 1,516.70 sq.m. in the same location. Thereby, cumulative built-up area of the project after the addition of the new facility will be 31,228.33 sq.m. (Existing EC accorded built-up area 29,711.63 sq.m. + Additional built-up area of Dining Hall 1,516.70 sq.m.).
