Project detail:
M/s Q Developers proposes to construct an Apartment cum Villa building project project at Survey Nos. 1206/7, 1206/5/15, 1208/4-5, 572/1, 1208/7/1, 1208/7/3, 1208/7/2, 572/1, 270/1, Kumaramangalam Village & Panchayat, Thodupuzha Taluk, Idukki District, Kerala.
The proposed project is in a plot area of 2.4117ha. (24,117 sq.m.). The total built-up area for the project will be of 27,213 sqm. (Apartment Tower =15,990 sq.m with 52 units + Villa = 11,223 sq.m.)
The population expected during construction phase of the project is about 150 persons per day which includes the skilled, semi skilled & unskilled workers. Also, this includes engineers, supervisors, technicians & other managerial staff.
The population calculation for the proposed project during the operation phase of the project is made based on the specifications provided in National Building Code (NBC). The maximum expected population in a day during operation phase of the project is worked out.
