Project detail:
The undersigned is directed to convey the administrative approval & expenditure sanction for the research proposal “Fluvial geomorphology mapping of Hindon River basin” under Namami Gange program at an estimated cost of Rs 15,48,000/- (Fifteen lakh forty thousand only).
Committee (EC) of NMCG has approved this project in its 44th meeting held on 17 August 2022. The project was developed in pursuance of the objectives of the MoU signed between NMCG and NEER on 30‘ December 2021.
The sanctioned cost of the project will be borne from the ‘National Ganga Plan - Non EAP budget head of Namami Gange Mission -II, and expenditure incurred will be booked under the component Gyan Ganga. The NMCG/ Government of India reserve the right to withdraw the sanction at any stage, if it is convinced that the funds has not been properly utilized or appropriate progress is not being made.
