Project Detail:

The proposed project is the development of Somayajulaplle and Komarolu Industrial Park at Orvakal Mandal, Kurnool district in the state of Andhra Pradesh under Hyderabad-Bangalore Industrial Corridor (HBIC).
The total land area of the project is 2740.88 Acres (1109.195 ha.)
The proposed project will be comprising of Industrial area, Logistic Hub and Parking, Residential, Commercials, Commercial and amenities, Common Utilities, Roads, Green area and Water bodies/Streams.
The total cost of the project is Rs. 972.5 crore
