Project Detail:
Development includes area development and development of land infrastructure such as:
• Plotting and zoning (Engineering, Pharmaceutical (non API category) and Food Processing zone) over 2517.95 Ha
• Providing supporting infrastructure (Residential zone) is proposed over 521.58 Ha to help create good residential facilities for MIDC staff
• Open spaces of 1091.45 Ha area
• Providing access roads to MIDC 45m RoW (2 nos.) of 4 lanes connecting Indapur Bypass and Pansai (length: 1820 m) and connecting Sutarwadi (at Kolad-Pune State Highway SH60) to Pahur (length: 130 m), street lighting etc.
• Construction of Common Facility Centre, Fire Station, Bank, Police stations and other supporting infrastructure in amenity plots of 136.35 Ha area
• Social upliftment by giving the Project affected Persons (PAPs) a chance to achieve their entrepreneurial ambition by opting for special plots for use for supporting activities viz Industrial, Commercial and/ or residential
• Common Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) (25 MLD capacity) and Municipal Solid Waste Treatment (MSW) facility to treat different categories of municipal solid waste will be developed to ensure low impact development
• Internal Water supply network (to provide water to Member industries and residential zone)
• External Water supply network (Jackwell on Kundalika river near Kamat village and Water Treatment Plant near Pahur village will be established. Irrigation department has approved abstraction of 102 MLD from Kundalika river). Piped water supply will also be made available to villages within the overall layout and those adjacent to MIDC.
Project Cost: Rs 7360.46 cr (excluding land)
